My name is Paola Laracuenta. I am a Food Safety Specialist with ten years of experience working in the Food Service Industry and Health Department. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Science from Cleveland State University and am an experienced and certified ServSafe Food Manager Instructor and Proctor. I have extensive experience in reviewing, evaluating and analyzing food service and retail food establishment facilities and designing programs and procedures to control, eliminate and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, biological and physical agents. My passion for the Food Industry began with my first job as a hostess for a fine dining restaurant at the age of 18. This job experience opened the doors for me to work in both front and back of the house positions at several restaurants while attending school. I currently provide Food Safety Consulting Services to thirty three restaurants in Ohio, Iowa, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
